Terms and Conditions on Babycare Petts Wood.co.uk

1.Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions of our agreement apply to all purchases of products by you from babycarepettswood.co.uk via our web site and you should read them carefully. These may vary from time to time and we recommend that you check them before making  new purchases.

2.Acceptance of order: We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail. At that point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance, we will e-mail you to advise you of the change. You will then need to e-mail us with your acceptance of the change.

3.Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver orders within the UK within 7 days of your order. At that point a binding agreement between us will be established. Where this is not possible, we will e-mail you of the expected delivery time. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside the UK. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified in the order.

4.Payment: We will charge your account for payment at the time the order is placed. We will take every effort to ensure that your transaction is conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for their operation of the secure link we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to the information you provide via such a link, unless we are negligent.

5.Your Right to Withdraw: You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends after seven days after the date we deliver the products to you. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within thirty days. However, we may have delivered or dispatched products to you, in which case, you must return the products to us at you own expense. If you withdraw please telephone us on 01689 896665 or e-mail us at sales@babycarepettswood.co.uk. Products returned to us must be received by us in the same condition and in the same packaging as when delivered to you.

6.Guarantees: All products will free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from delivery. We will replace products or the faulty part free of charge or, refund the price of the product to you, provided the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed and there has been no misuse. We will not have any further liability in respect of the products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
